Frank Ocean is out in the UK right now and he’s once again made an appearance on Zane Lowe’s show on BBC Radio 1.
Frank discusses his experiences at the GRAMMYs, how he wished he met Prince “I was nervous, If I had won I would have screamed at the highest note I could”, his biggest obstacle which he says is his “inexperience”, being “terrified” of recording for Watch The Throne, possibly touring this summer and TONS more like his guilty pleasures (binge TV viewing).
The biggest thing to come out of this interview is Frank saying he is “10, 11 songs into this next thing” aka his sophomore album “It’s another cohesive thing, bordering on a concept record again.” He says he is planning on working on the upcoming album for a few weeks in Bora Bora. Possible collaborations? Frank lists Danger Mouse and UK’s King Krule and says he was in the studio with Pharrell just yesterday.
