Frank Ocean has been tapped to perform at this years New Orleans Jazz Festival taking place April 26 to May 5, 2013. The musical component of the festival takes place on two weekends with Frank Ocean scheduled to perform on Saturday May 4th. Other acts included John Mayer, the Black Keys, Patti Smith, Band of Horses, Fleetwood Mac and more.
