Christopher “Tricky” Stewart has crafted more hits then you can imagine as he’s helped the likes of Beyonce and Rihanna make some of their biggest songs. In a new interview with Complex he talks about Frank Ocean and his upcoming album setting up what is expected to be one of the biggest albums of 2012.
First a bit of bad news, it looks as if the expected spring date for Frank Ocean’s debut album is delayed at this point and looking more and more likely to end up being a Summer release. The good news? It will be worth the wait. Almost everyone who has heard the album has commented on how special this album is and how amazing the work has been that Frank is making. Just take a look at what Tricky Stewart had to say to Complex:
I was just with him last night. It’s incredible. Watching Frank make his record is nothing short of amazing. I really believe that he’s a rare talent. I think he’s on his way to a very special place as an artist and I’m really happy for him. Frank has definitely written and produced his record and it’s pretty amazing. I think it will be one of the biggest albums to come out in a while, which is very, very special. He’s working very hard to finish this album for his fans, so I’m sure it will be soon. It’s very highly anticipated in the U.S. and overseas, so he’s working hard to get it done. But he’s a perfectionist and he’s trying to get it right for his fans and for his supporters.
